Women in America have too much in their plate!

Women in America have too much in our hand. Women in America work 8 hour/day, and taking kids to activity. They have to cook a meal, help with homework and make sure everyone emotional needs is met. At the end of the day, the women have to look good and stay up to please the husband.

I wanted to share this because it hurts me to see when the parent choose to earn more money than to staying home and spend more time with the kids.

Live your life simple, and cut the excess things and invest in time instead of in material.

We can change the world if we change our family!

Be blessed!

Small business

I am trying to stop my other blog, and I wanted to post them in this one.

Having a good support team can be one of the most important aspects in having a successful business. Friends, family or other business associates can make a world of difference when it comes to giving advice, uplifting spirits, and motivating to move forward.

In new businesses especially, there may come a time when things are not going according to plan, bringing discouraging thoughts which is when having the right people in your corner to carry you through can be just the boost you need.

New businesses such as Custom Flipz that have dared to enter the real estate market in times where most people are not able to see the opportunities available we are often faced with negative criticism which can bring doubt to our own beliefs making ideas and goals that were once considered to be original and our own no longer ours but a combination of other thoughts from those people around us.

Building positive relationships not only can bring encouragement but can also be examples of what to do in order to keep your business afloat, but those same relationships can also reflect what not to do by learning from their misfortunes.

Scheduling weekly meetings or daily conversations with someone with the same business interested and goals as you often lead to bigger and better ideas and can help you stay focused because people often need feedback to gain another persons point of view.

Thankgiving

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

Happy Thanksgiving!

                         Happy Thanksgiving!

I am very grateful for my lord God and Jesus Christ my savior. Psalm 107:1-2 "Give thanks to the lord, for He is good and His love endures forever."

I am so thankful for my wonderful family.
I am so thankful for my beautiful and loving children to keep me challenge and give me smile everyday.

I am so thankful for my best friends that hold my hands when I need them most.

I am grateful for my kitchen, when I am down I have a place to escape to.

I am grateful for the food, home and every blessing that come with it.

I am so grateful for a nice neighborhood.
I am grateful,,, the cakes, rolls, cookies, cranberry sauce, sweet potato, pies and all the veggies are ready for tomorrow.

The table is all dressed and the house smells great and feels warm.

Ending the night by reading the word of God and prayer.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! May you open your eye to see what you take for granted everyday.

Blessings

Blessing is knowing your family are under one roof. It is when you wake your kids up, and they want snuggle when they come down from bed. You know you have a healthy family when your kids are jumping from the stairs.

Blessing is when you have a kitchen full of dishes, and you wonder if somehow someone will offer to clean.

Blessing is when you get the hug from your kids and they say they love you. But you know they just want something.

Find something to be happy about. I bet you, you will find one.

We have the choice to be happy or miserable! I chose to to be happy, how about you?

Bill Cosby

"I'm 76 and I'm Tired" – by Bill Cosby
I'm 76
. Except for brief period in the 50's when I was doing my National Service, I've worked hard since I was 17. Except for some serious health challenges, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn't call in sick in nearly 40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as though retirement was a bad idea, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired
of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired
of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honour"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.
I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques and madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia, New Zealand, UK, America and Canada, while no one from these countries are allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other Arab country to teach love and tolerance..

I'm tired
of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.

I'm tired
of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses or stick a needle in their arm while they tried to fight it off?

I'm tired
of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of all parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

I'm really tired
of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

I'm also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and early 20's bedeck them selves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making themselves un-employable and claiming money from the Government.

Yes, I'm damn tired.
But I'm also glad to be 76... Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter and her children. Thank God I'm on the way out and not on the way in.

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

This is your chance to make a difference.

Jesus take the wheel!

If you sit on the back of the bicycle, you really don't have the control of the bicycle at all. The same thing when you led God lead you.

I didn't know what I was signing into when I ask God to take control of my life. It was easy for me if I want bless someone or to care just for me. I had no problem making decisions. I had so much faith in me until I started walking with Jesus.

I started to fear as I start to let God gear the bicycle. I don't have the total control of the bicycle anymore. What if God takes me to a place I didn't want to go or turn the gear in different direction? Doubt and fear started to attack me. There are times I battle with God asking,"God, I hope you are not thinking to do this or that, are you?"

Even though I don't know where God will take me, but I am excited!  There is no going back for me. I am like a child full of faith. I get reminded, when I want hold my kids hand and they move their hand away. Because, they think they can walk fast, and sometimes they hold my hand tight to feel secure.

I have many ideas, great ideas but I want guidance. If I hurry and make those decisions, I really don't want regret it. So, here I go choosing to follow Jesus. I am waiting and asking God to use me.

"Trust in the lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding."
Proverbs 3:5
