This is one of my favorite desert. It is not only it is delicious, but it only takes 15 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake. If you were like me, I always store chocolate chips and nuts in my pantry.
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 15 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Melt butter and spread crumbs evenly over melted butter
Top with chopped nuts and chocolate chips
Sprinkle with coconut
pour milk on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 350

Cool & cut into small square or triangle. It depend what shape of baking dish you used.
Sometimes I add peanut butter, and switch to bitter chocolate chips. And if you want avoid the butter, just mix all up like the picture above.
Eat well and live well!
