Cranberry Sauce

A sweet and tart cranberry sauce.


1 cup water
1 cup sugar

2 table spoon orange juice
4 cups (1 12 ounce bag) cranberries


1.Heat the water and sugar over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved.
2.Add the cranberries and bring to a boil.
3.Reduce the heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce starts to thicken, about 10-15 minutes.

Servings: makes 3 cups


  1. I am going to make this for Christmas dinner. How much do you think I should make for 7 people? Should I just x3 the amounts?
